spaces, if any, by the applicant in the above project or any other project hosted in the  site  of  kolkataproperties.in
that have been visited by the applicant, shall be given to Ms.Saswati Mehrotra of kolkataproperties. in

2.For purchase of resale or old properties  I/we undertake to pay 2% of the total transaction value of the property to Saswati Mehrotra of kolkataproperties.in as success fee.

3.For rentals I/we assure to pay one month rentals as service charge.
